आज की ये post interview preparation for interview questions and answers में हम सीखेंगे hobby ideas and list of hobbies के बारे में और ये हम हिंदी में सीखेंगे । क्योंकि आपकी hobby से ही interviewer को ये पता चलता है की आप as a person कैसे हो और आप अपने time को किस तरह से utilize करते हो। हम लोग इंटरव्यू देने के लिए चाहे जहाँ भी जाए सबसे पहला interview question यही होत्ता है की introduce yourself या tell me something about yourself.  इससे पहले वाली post में हम लोग ये सिख चुके हैं की how to introduce yourself. अगर आप लोगो ने नहीं पढ़ा है तो पहले आप उस post को पढ़ सकते हो । क्योंकि उसमे हमने बात की है की हमे self introduction कैसे देनी चाहिए।

interviewer को जब हम अपने बारे में बताते है तो उसमे हम अपनी hobbies के बारे में भी बताते है। और ये बहुत जरुरी है की हम लोग अपनी hobby के बारे में सोच समझ कर और सब कुछ सच बताये। ज्यादातर होत्ता ये है की कुछ लोगो को अपनी hobby के बारे में पता ही नहीं होत्ता या फिर वो लोग ये सोचते रहते है की उन्हें क्या बताना चाहिए और क्या नहीं बताना चाहिए। आज हम इसी बारे में बात करेंगे की हमे क्या बताना चाहिए और क्या नहीं बताना चाहिए

हमे क्या नहीं बोलना चाहिये  :-

दोस्तो सबसे पहले तो हमे ये पता होंना चाहिए की हमे क्या नहीं बोलना चाहिये। क्योंकि अगर हम लोग अपनी hobby के बारे में कुछ ऐसा बोले देंगे जिससे  interviewer के ऊपर bad impression पढ़े तो वो हमे interview में कभी भी सेलेक्ट नहीं करेंगे। जब भी interviewer पूछता है की what would you like to do in a free time या tell me something about your hobby तो वो इसलिए क्योंकि वो आपकी personality को जानना चाहता है। क्योंकि किसी की likes and dislikes से ही ये पता चलता है की वो as a person कैसा है। और जब कोई भी company अपने लिए employee रखती है तो वो positive personality वालो को रखती है ना की negative personality वालो को। इसलिए हमे interview में ये सब नहीं बोलना चाहिए जैसे की -

• sleeping

• smoking and drinking

• time wasting

• fighting

• या कुछ भी ऐसा जिससे आपकी personality पे negative असर पढ़े। 

अगर कोई भी अपनी hobbies and interests के बारे में कुछ भी ऐसा बोलता है जिससे वो negative दिखे तो interviewer उसमे ज्यादा intreast नहीं लेगा और कभी भी उसे अपनी company में नहीं रखेगा।

• या कुछ भी ऐसा जो आपको सच में अच्छा लगता हो। 

क्योंकि अगर आप interviewer से झूठ बोलेंगे या कही से रट्टा रटाया answer बोलेंगे तो जब interviewer आपकी बतायी हुई hobbies से related questions पूछेंगे तो आप उस का answer अच्छे से नहीं दे पाओगे। इसलिए अपनी hobby बताते समय ये जरूर याद रखे की वो genuine हो क्योंकि फिर आप उससे related किसी भी question का answer अच्छे से दे पाओगे। interviewer hobby से related कुछ भी पूछ सकता है की आपको  इसमें क्या अच्छा लगता है या आपको ये क्यों अच्छा लगता है या कुछ भी।

इसलिए आपको अपनी hobby इस तरह से बतानी है जो genuine हो और सामने वाले को लगे की आपके अंदर आपकी hobby की वजह से कुछ positive qualities है जो की unki company के काम भी आ सकती है। जैसे की अगर मैं बोलु की मुझे football पसंद है तो interviewer को indirectly ये भी लगेगा की उससे related जो भी positive qualities हैं वो भी मेरे अंदर होंगी जैसे की -

अगर आपकी hobby किताबे पढ़ना और cricket खेलना है तो आप answer दोगे की -
My hobbies are reading books and playing cricket.

अब interviewer आपसे इससे रिलेटेड कुछ भी question पूछ सकते है जैसे की -

• आपकी favorite book कौन सी है 
• आपका favorite writer कौन है 
• उस book में आपको सबसे अच्छी बात क्या लगी 
• अपनी 5 favorites books के नाम बताओ 
• आपका favorite player कोन सा है 
• वो आपका favorite क्यों है
• या कुछ भी जो interviewer का मन हो। 

अगर आपकी ये genuine hobby है तो आप इन सब questions का answer भी बहुत आसानी से और बहुत अच्छे से दे दोगे। क्योंकि जब हम किसी चीज़ को दिल से चाहते है तो हमे उसके बारे में सारी information होत्ती है। और interviewer भी यही देखना चाहता है की जो आप आप बोल रहे हो वो सच है या नहीं कयोंकि अगर आप सच नहीं बोले रहे होंगे तो आप सभी questions का answer अच्छे से नहीं दे पाओगे और interviewer के ऊपर आपका first impression ही गलत पढ़ जाएगा।

• हमे answers आते ही नहीं है। 
• हमे answers आते तो है लेकिन हम उसे english में बोल नहीं पाते है। 
• Confidence की कमी होना।

हम लोग इंटरव्यू देने के लिए चाहे जहाँ भी जाए सबसे पहला interview question यही होत्ता है की introduce yourself या tell me something about yourself. फिर उस time ज्यादातर लोग ये सोचने लगते है की मुझे अपने बारे में क्या क्या बोलना चाहिए और क्या नहीं बोलना चाहिए। दोस्तों सबसे पहले तो मै आपको ये बता दूँ की introduction का कोई fix rule नहीं है।  you have to give self introduction मतलब की आपको अपने बारे में कुछ बताना है की आप कहाँ से हो आप क्या करते हो। फिर आपको अपनी family के बारे में कुछ बताना है। और फिर अपनी hobbies और अपने goal के बारे में बताना है की आप future में क्या बनना चाहते हो।

interviewer ये  question सिर्फ इसलिए पूछता है ताकि वो ये जान सके की :-

• आप अपने बारे में कितना जानते हो  
• आप कितने अच्छे  से अपने आपको express कर सकते हो 
• और ताकि आप relax feel  कर सको।  

ये बात interviewer को भी पता होत्ती है की जो कोयी भी interview देता है वो थोड़ा nervous होत्ता ही है क्योंकि वो लोग भी इस time से गुजर चुक्के है। इसलिए वो लोग ये question करते है क्योंकि सबको अपने बारे में पता होत्ता ही हैऔर जब आप इसका answer दोगे  तो आपका confidence boost होगा। लेकिन कुछ लोग इसका answer देते समय भी nervous feel करते है क्योंकि वो ये सोचते रहते है की हमे क्या बताना चाहिए और कितना बताना चाहिए और इसी वजह से वो अपने आप को अछे से introduce नहीं कर पाते है। तो चलिए दोस्तों हम एक एक करके अपने इंटरव्यू के पहले question की preparation करते है और इस post के लास्ट में हम introduce yourself sample भी पढ़ेंगे एक छोटे से example के साथ। 

हमे सबसे पहले अपना नाम बताना चाहिए और फिर हमे ये बताना चाहिए  की हम कहाँ से है, जैसे की : -

My name is your name and I am from your place .

इसके बाद हमे अपनी higher qulification के बारे में बताना चाहिए और साथ ही अगर आपने कोई diploma किया है तो वो भी बताना चाहिए ।  

I have completed my your higher qulification from your School, College or University name and a one year diploma in your course from your institute .

फिर हमे अपनी family background के बारे में कुछ बताना चाहिए की मेरे father क्या करते है , मेरे mother क्या करते है और हमारे कितने भाई बहन है। 

About my family, my father is a your father's occupation and my mother is a your mother's occupation and we are number of your siblings if any.

इसके बाद हमे अपनी hobbies के बारे में बताना चाहिए की आपको क्या करना अच्छा लगता है। लेकिन आपको अपनी hobbies रट्टा मार के नहीं बतानी है बल्कि जो आपको सच में अच्छा लगता हो और जो logical भी हो। और जिसके बारे में  कुछ बता भी सको क्योंकि interviewer का अगला question आपकी hobby से related हो सकता हैऔर वो कुछ भी हो सकता है। इसके लिए आप हमारी post hobby ideas and list of hobbies पढ़ सकते हो, उसमे हमने इसे पुरी explanation के साथ बताया है।
